Angelidis

Stavros Angelidis has over 25 years of experience managing critical projects of business transformation and holding executive positions, including COO and Partner, across the investment, legal and technology industries, and across major international projects. Stavros has led organisational restructuring, process reengineering and operational framework development across international engagements spanning Cyprus and the wider EU, Switzerland, the Middle East and the United States.

His experience includes serving as COO and Partner of an award-winning Switzerland-based FinTech organisation, Operations and Strategy Advisor to a US real estate investment firm managing portfolios across Texas, Florida and Georgia, and supporting the operational structuring of international projects in Saudi Arabia, with involvement in major development initiatives in the region.

Beyond the corporate sector, Stavros brings extensive experience at the highest levels of public policy and international diplomacy. Earlier in his career, he worked as Parliamentary Associate within the Cypriot Parliament, deeply involved in the research and analysis of EU laws and directives. Since 2024, Stavros serves as a member of the negotiations team supporting the Negotiator for the Government of Cyprus on the Cyprus Problem, having been appointed to the role by the President of Cyprus. He also served as a professional expert supporting the Permanent Secretariat for the Trilateral Cooperation Mechanisms at the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Stavros holds a background in Business and an MA in International Policy and Diplomacy. His experience includes high-stakes negotiations across M&A transactions and shareholder disputes, as well as advisory on the operational structuring of international investment.
